At Aunt Flow, we believe that menstruation should be an inclusive conversation. To welcome non-menstruators into the chat, we coined the term “Flow Bro.”
What’s a Flow Bro?
Defined: A Flow Bro is a non-menstruator who supports menstruators and advocates for freely accessible period products in public bathrooms.

Advocate for Change
Guess what? YOU can advocate for change in 3 steps!
Step 1: Educate Yourself
Before having a conversation about periods, it’s important to know the fundamentals, like the 4 stages of the menstrual cycle, for example.
Step 2: Advocate
Use the conversation as an opportunity to advocate for change. Discuss ways in which you can support period equity, such as donating menstrual products or advocating for policy changes that promote access to menstrual products.
Step 3: Take Action
You can help break down stigma and promote period equity in your workplace and community by providing free period products. Start by building your period program!
Flow Bro Spotlight: Roger Phelps
It’s super important for our venus to be partnering with Aunt Flow and to have Aunt Flow period products because we cater to tens of thousands of patrons a month. We have 300+ shows a year—almost one a day—and we have so many folks who need this product, and we’re happy to provide that for them.
