Claire’s Story
Picture this: Your period starts unexpectedly, and you have to rummage for coins to buy a tampon from the out-of-date bathroom machines.
Well, that’s exactly what happened to then-college student Claire Coder in 2016. While attending a networking event, Claire realized that she just started her period unexpectedly ⸺ and without a pad or tampon on hand. Faced with a broken coin-operated dispenser in the public bathroom, she thought to herself, “If toilet paper is offered for free, why aren’t tampons and pads?®” From that moment on, it became her mission to ensure free period products were available in public restrooms.

Replacing archaic coin-operated tampon dispensers, our patented free-vend period product dispensers allow businesses and schools to offer organic cotton tampons and pads for free to their employees, students and guests.
Now, thousands of organizations have joined the menstrual movement, providing Aunt Flow dispensers stocked with our sustainable tampons and pads in over 60,000 bathrooms in locations like nationwide K-12 schools, Princeton University, Google, Netflix and more.
