Base Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $130,000–$165,000 (uncapped commission + bonus)
Location:
Ohio (Remote/Hybrid)
This is an Ohio-based position. The role will require occasional travel to Columbus, Ohio for onboarding and team collaboration.
About Aunt Flow:
At Aunt Flow, we’re on a mission to make period care more equitable, sustainable, and accessible in schools, offices, public spaces, and beyond. As a leading provider of high-quality period products and dispensers, we partner with businesses and institutions to champion menstrual equity and create a better bathroom experience for everyone.
We’re growing fast—and we’re looking for an experienced Sr Account Executive to help us expand our impact through strategic new business development and new/existing vertical penetration.
About the Role:
As Sr. Account Executive, you'll own new business development across key verticals — education, corporate campuses, healthcare, and public institutions — and play a direct role in expanding access to period care across the country.
You'll own the full new business sales cycle from first touch to signed contract, and work cross-functionally with account management, operations, and marketing to ensure every new client launches strong and stays engaged. The right person in this role has the opportunity to grow into sales team leadership or broader go-to-market responsibility!
This is a full time position that reports to the VP of Revenue.
Core Responsibilities:
- This is a hunter role and you'll be expected to build and own your pipeline from the ground up. Approximately 90% of your activity will be self-sourced through outbound prospecting using tools such as HubSpot and Apollo, with the remainder from inbound website leads.
- Drive the full sales cycle — from targeted outreach through signed contract — across mid-market and enterprise accounts, with a focus on multi-threaded, high-value opportunities.
- Own and exceed a $800,000 annual new business quota, consistently delivering against monthly and quarterly revenue targets through pipeline management and strategic deal execution.
- Deeply understand each prospect's business challenges and build a compelling, ROI-driven case for why we're the right partner.
- Manage CRM hygiene in HubSpot and deliver accurate, accountable pipeline forecasts that leadership can rely on to make real business decisions.
- Champion the customer experience by partnering closely with account management and operations to ensure every new client launches successfully and stays engaged long-term.
- Stay informed about industry trends and actively surface competitive intelligence, buyer trends, and field feedback to sharpen messaging and influence go-to-market strategy.
- Hit the floor at key industry events and tradeshows with a purpose! Every conversation is an opportunity to build a relationship, start a deal, or accelerate one already in motion.
- Partner with the distribution team on strategic accounts, supporting team selling efforts throughout the sales cycle: booking meetings, representing the brand in joint selling efforts, and driving deals to a successful close alongside our partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing or a related field preferred — equivalent experience accepted.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in janitorial, facilities management, health & wellness, or physical products.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals with consistent top 10% performance.
- Comfortable with cold outreach across phone, email, and social (LinkedIn).
- Doesn't let deals stall — proactively identifies and removes blockers.
- Experience selling to commercial spaces (hospitality, offices, high traffic, retail, etc.) and institutional buyers (schools, municipalities, corporations, healthcare, etc.).
- Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and building relationships across multiple stakeholders, not just one champion.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Interest in supporting a mission-driven, for-profit business expanding access to period care at scale. Aunt Flow is building a category-defining solution, and our team is driven to win in this space.
- Familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google Suit, Kixie, Fathom, Apollo.
bonus if you have:
- Experience selling through distribution partners or within facilities procurement.
- Knowledge of public bid processes or state/local contracting.
- Prior experience scaling sales efforts at a high-growth small business, building a prospecting engine from the ground up, expanding revenue within existing verticals, and breaking into new markets.
- Motivation to grow in your role and mentor newer team members.

claire coder,
founder + ceo
Hi! I’m Claire. I founded Aunt Flow after getting my period in public without the supplies needed.
At 18 years old, I dedicated my life to developing a solution to ensure businesses and schools could sustainably provide quality period products, for free, in bathrooms. Our products are made with organic cotton and we are constantly working to reduce our environmental impact! Since 2021, we've donated MILLIONS of period products to menstruators in need. I call this people helping people. PERIOD.®
