E-Commerce Coordinator
Base Salary Range: $60,000-$75,000 (+ Bonus Opportunity)
Location:
Ohio (Remote/Hybrid)
This is an Ohio-based position. The role will require occasional travel to Columbus, Ohio for onboarding and team collaboration.

About the Role:
We’re seeking a data-driven, customer-focused E-Commerce Coordinator to own day-to-day E-Commerce operations while driving revenue growth through CRO, digital shelf optimization, and performance insights.

Core Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Aunt Flow's E-Commerce storefronts
- Lead execution of digital content across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplace platforms
- Support CRO initiatives to increase Shopify revenue, conversion rate, and AOV
- Support distributor and retail partner digital shelf and portal management
- Ensure alignment with business goals to hit sales targets and grow subscription and online revenue
- Work with the Director of Marketing to analyze sales data and traffic reports and share actionable insights
- Build and present decks to communicate recommendations, performance reporting, and growth opportunities to internal stakeholders
- Monitor and track trends, competitive activity, pricing, and digital shelf health
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Creative teams to translate opportunities into actionable plans
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and events across channels
- Troubleshoot E-Commerce issues working with agency, internal team, and customers
Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in E-Commerce, B2B experience a plus
- Minimum of 1 year experience working with Shopify and HubSpot
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or other marketplace platforms
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Foundational understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve on-site conversion through testing, merchandising, and user experience enhancements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Data-driven with the ability to analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations
- Interest in supporting a mission-driven, for-profit business expanding access to period care at scale. Aunt Flow is building a category-defining solution, and our team is driven to win in this space.

- Demonstrated interest in eCommerce, user experience, and digital shelf
