Customer Operations Specialist
Base Salary Range: $50,000-$55,000
Location:
Ohio (Remote/Hybrid)
This is an Ohio-based position. The role will require occasional travel to Columbus, Ohio for onboarding and team collaboration.

About the Role:
Aunt Flow is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Customer Operations Specialist to support our growing customer base and operational workflows. This role is responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving order and product-related issues, and ensuring a seamless experience across the customer journey.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly and empathetically, and enjoys problem-solving while balancing both customer experience and operational efficiency.
Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email and support platforms in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain and exceed established SLA goals for first and next response times
- Maintain accurate order data across platforms, including uploading tracking information, packing slips, and supporting documentation to relevant systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and provide feedback for product and service improvements.
- Provide dedicated, high-touch support to enterprise and strategic accounts, ensuring timely issue resolution and a consistent exceptional customer experience
- Maintain accurate customer records, internal documentation, and SOPs
- Serve as the first point of contact for dispenser quality concerns, owning the customer-facing resolution while escalating complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
- Support implementation of workflow improvements and automation opportunities
Qualifications:
- 1+ years in previous customer service experience and in a fast-paced B2B distribution environment
- Self-starter who can work independently and collaborate across teams
- Experience using CRMs, ERPs, and order management systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable learning and navigating multiple systems and platforms

- Experience in HubSpot, Netsuite, Shopify and Slack
- Prior experience in a mission-driven or sustainability-focused company
- Prior experience working for a startup
