About the Role:
As our Account Executive, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and closing new business across target verticals such as education, corporate campuses, healthcare, and public institutions. You’ll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to pipeline management to closing—and work cross-functionally with customer success, operations, and marketing to ensure an exceptional buyer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Own a new business quota and drive consistent performance to exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Strategically prospect, develop, and close opportunities with mid-market and enterprise accounts
- Leverage consultative selling to educate buyers on our unique value proposition and ROI
- Manage CRM hygiene and accurate pipeline forecasting in HubSpot
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market feedback to inform sales strategy
- Represent the brand at events, tradeshows, and industry meetings as needed
Requirements:
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in consumables, janitorial, facilities management, health & wellness, or mission-driven products
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
- Experience selling to commercial spaces (hospitality, offices, high traffic, retail, etc.) and institutional buyers (schools, municipalities, corporations, healthcare, etc.)
- Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Passion for making a social impact through equitable access to basic needs
- Familiarity with sales tools such as [HubSpot, LinkedIn, Google, Kixsie, Fathom]
Bonus if you have:
- Experience selling through distribution partners or within facilities procurement
- Knowledge of public bid processes or state/local contracting
- Prior experience in a mission-driven or sustainability-focused company
What We Offer:
- Base Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $125,000–$145,000 (Uncapped commission and bonus structures)
