About the Role:
Aunt Flow is looking for a talented Growth Marketer to take the lead on expanding upon our current growth marketing strategies. Your day-to-day can range from implementing customer expansion marketing campaigns to overseeing e-commerce optimization projects. Your primary duties include:
- Drive e-commerce and website traffic with organic and paid tactics
- Run experiments across the funnel to improve engagement
- Oversee lead gen activities for trade shows and conferences
- Write attention-worthy emails and content that get tons of opens and conversions
- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for conversion rate and leads
- Work cross-department to collaborate on exciting, new initiatives and campaigns
The ideal candidate will have prior experience and/or interest in a wide range of marketing functions with deep experience in digital growth channels, particularly in e-commerce.

EXPERIENCE:
- Three to five years of experience in growth marketing/sales
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications or related field of study preferred
- Marketing agency experience preferred
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Proficient in Shopify, Amazon, and WordPress
- Proficient in HubSpot marketing tools (email marketing, sequences, landing pages, etc)
- Proficient in Google Products (Slides, Documents, Sheets, etc)
- Adobe Suite, Trello, and Canva experience are a plus
- Experience in a startup environment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s growth marketing tactics across the funnel: Awareness, Acquisition, Activation, Revenue, Retention, and Referral
- Develop, implement, track, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to create, manage and experiment with exciting, new user acquisition campaigns
- Support management and optimization of SEM campaigns on Google and Microsoft
- Collaborate with our Sr Brand and Communications Associate and Designer to drive social traffic and content-related goals
- Explore, recommend, and test new channels to communicate with new and existing customers
- Create pre and post-event marketing campaigns to help increase ROI from conferences.
- Analyze data to monitor performance and uncover areas for improvement
- Develop dashboards in HubSpot and support data hygiene projects
- Help to grow our email marketing strategy by planning and optimizing email campaigns in HubSpot
- Take the lead on managing marketing efforts for our Shopify store by growing our B2B business and B2C channels online
